In the unlikely event that things have not worked out by the end of these three months, we will begin the process again to find you a new employee at no extra charge. 

You can be confident when choosing to work with Schward Recruit. We only take 50% of our fee upfront and the remaining 50% is only payable at the end of the three-month warranty period when you are fully satisfied with our service.
