Schward Recruit only takes 50% of the fee when the candidate starts because we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied. We also have a three-month warranty and we are available to help with the onboarding process. During this time, we keep in contact with you and the employee to make sure that both parties are happy. At the end of this period, the remaining 50% payment is due.

When the candidate starts we accept 50% of the total fee.
The Final Payment
After the candidate has been with the organisation for 3 months, the final payment of the rest is due.
